Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. VirtualSchool runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone, and can be installed to a phone’s home screen like an app.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. After you register, the payment page shows our account details and your order reference. Upload a screenshot of the transfer and we verify it, usually within one working day.
How long until my school is ready?
A few minutes after your payment is approved. You receive an email with your school’s address, your username and a temporary password.
Can other schools see our data?
No. Every record belongs to exactly one school, and the database itself refuses to return one school’s rows to another — it is not left to the application to remember.
What happens when my subscription ends?
Access stops on the expiry date. We email reminders 7 days and 1 day before, and you can renew at any time from the Renew page — renewing early never loses the days you have already paid for.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Choose a different plan when you renew, and the new limits apply as soon as the renewal is approved.
Is there a setup fee?
No. You pay only for the plan and billing period you choose.
Can we use more than one campus?
Yes — Standard includes up to three campuses and Premium is unlimited. Staff can be limited to the campuses they work at.
