What we collect when you register
Your school’s name and chosen web address, and the administrator’s name, email address and mobile number. When you pay, the screenshot or PDF of your transfer and any transaction ID you provide.
How we use it
To verify your payment, create your school, send you your login details, remind you before your subscription ends, and contact you about your account. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.
Your school’s records
Students’, parents’ and staff records entered into your school are held on your school’s behalf. Each school’s records are isolated from every other school’s at the database level. Our staff access them only when you ask for support or when required by law.
Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. Payment proofs are stored privately and shown only to our verification staff.
Retention
Registration and payment records are kept for as long as required for accounting. A school’s records are kept while its subscription is active and for at least 90 days afterwards.
