Draft policy — to be reviewed before VirtualSchool accepts its first payment.
Before your school is created
If we cannot verify your payment, or you cancel before your school is created, we refund the full amount to the account it came from.
After your school is created
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your school being created for a full refund of the first payment.
After that, subscriptions are not refunded for the remainder of a paid period, but you may choose not to renew.
Duplicate or incorrect payments
If you pay twice or pay the wrong amount, contact us with your order reference and we will refund or adjust the difference.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made by bank transfer within 10 working days of approval.
